I've had the pleasure of working with Anthony & Jari twice, between 2014 and 2016 at DDB Sydney, and more recently between 2022 and 2025 at Ogilvy Sydney. On both occasions, the boys were a delight to work with. They don't just come up with big ideas themselves, they help other teams come up with big ideas. Not only that, they get how to protect those ideas, from the first presentation with the jittery CMO right down to the very last frame of the case study with the over-bearing CCO (me). They know how to hold the client's hand. They get how to manage all the stakeholders involved with that idea who want to whittle away at it. I loved how I could rely on them not to fuck things up. For all their ability, the thing I miss most about working with Anthony and Jari is the banter. Dumb, funny shit. Mostly about football, but other dumb, funny shit too. Anthony & Jari are the kind of grown-up creative leaders every agency needs on their side. Fiercely loyal. Hard-working. Funny. And talented bastards too. They are the consummate creative team. Any agency CCO would be much better off with an Anthony & Jari in their life. I know I was.
